Child Immunisations
The surgery offers a comprehensive child health programme lead by our team of health visitors. An immunisation clinic is run once per week and all children are seen for their routine developmental check by one of the doctors.
A large amount of information about children's health is available on the Internet. We would recommend the following websites:
NHS Direct - A great source of information about health for both children and adults.
NHS Direct Children's Symptom Checker - A tool for health advice according to your child's symtoms.
Children First - An excellent website run by the world famous Great Ormond Street Children’s Hospital.
Immunisations - Information from the Wales NHS Direct website about children's immunisation schedule and why immunisations are so important for public health.
